We only need a small amount to work with for jewellery, for ashes a teaspoon is enough for up to 5 jewellery pieces.

For larger keepsakes such as pyramids please send some spare ashes

We recommend putting all inclusions in a ziplock bag, and using a permanent marker, write your full name and order number on the front of the bag

Place the zip lock bag and also your printed order confirmation details in a waterproof bubble mailer

If you have any requirements or notes to add please write these on your printed confirmation email, we do not have access to messages or emails when we are creating, these need to be hand written/printed instructions.

Take these to the post office and post TRACKED to the address which is on your confirmation email

If you have no access to a printer please write on a piece of paper your full name, order number and any instructions to the artist to go with your inclusions
