1 / How do I order memorial jewellery?
Head over to our shop and browse our range of stunning jewellery options. Once you've chosen, write your colour selection in the personalisation box, along with your size choice if needed. Head over to the checkout and place your order, then send your inclusions to our artist.
2 / How do I send my ashes or inclusions?
Head over to our instructions pages by clicking here. Follow the steps to package your ashes and send them using a tracked service.
3 / Can you include something else in my jewellery?
We can encapsulate anything into our jewellery settings unless it contains moisture. We regularly work with, hair, fur, feathers and also quills.
We are able to preserve breast milk as an additional service to use in our jewellery settings. Please get in touch to discuss.
4 / How long will it take to receive my jewellery?
Our current processing time for memorial jewellery is 2-3 weeks from the date we receive your ashes.
Please note made to order designs and 9ct gold designs have a turnaround of 8-10 weeks.
Resin memorial keepsake ornaments have a turnaround time of approximately 3-6 weeks. All timescales may vary during busy periods or holiday closures.
5 / How are my items shipped?
All items are sent tracked with royal mail, jewellery items are sent in packaging which can fit through a letterbox.
6 / What do you do with leftover ashes?
All inclusions not used within your items will be sent back with your finished products, we are not able to retain or store ashes for future orders.
7 / Do you have a physical store?
At the moment we don't have a store in order to showcase examples, you can however drop your ashes off to the home studio, please contact us to arrange an appointment.
8 / Can I have a colour that is not listed?
Absolutely, if you have something in mind that isn't shown in our examples please get in touch to chat with us to create a custom colour/design. Each item can be personalised to your liking.
You can also have more than one colour.
9 / What if my item arrives faulty?
We hand pick all our jewellery suppliers for their premium quality jewellery settings, however should you have a problem please contact us within 7 days of your delivery date and retain all original packaging. Our friendly team will do our best to help!
10 / Does my jewellery come with any warranty?
We offer a a lifetime* guarantee on all resin inclusions, should you loose a stone, it become scratched or damaged we will either repair or replace the stones.
We don't offer warranty on any jewellery hardware, settings, chains, clasps or findings.

11 / Is the jewellery hallmarked?
All gold jewellery and silver over 7.78g is hallmarked by UK Assay Offices.
Gold plated items are not hallmarked.
12 / Do you have gold jewellery?
Most designs can be quoted for in yellow or white 9 carat gold, please fill out a contact form to obtain a quote and order.
13 / How are ashes stored?
All cremation ashes and inclusions will be treated with upmost respect and care that they deserve. Once received we will confirm to you via email and they will remain in a sealed labelled bag until it is time to add them to the resin. We only complete one order at a time to ensure the right ashes are used and there is no chance of cross contamination.
